Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of the GCC digital media landscape to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing various digital marketing campaigns to achieve our brand awareness, consideration, and sales goals. You should be a data-driven professional with a commitment to excellence and a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends in e-commerce and performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, SEM, mobile, and programmatic.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve sales targets and maximize marketing ROI.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign strategies.
• Lead and coordinate the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and drives results.
• Track campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, generate reports, and present actionable insights to management.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing technologies, industry standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Creative, BI, Tech) to ensure seamless campaigns functionality.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets effectively across different campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and take the initiative to improve existing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, firebase, Adjust).
• Excellent attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proven ability to track campaign performance, generate reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
