Job Description:
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online traffic, and optimize conversion rates across various digital channels. You will collaborate closely with other marketing team members to implement campaigns that support business goals and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and display advertising.
Campaign Management:
- Manage, optimize, and monitor all digital marketing campaigns to ensure they are aligned with company goals and delivering measurable results (e.g., increased website traffic, lead generation, conversions, etc.).
Budgeting and Allocation:
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation across channels for maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media insights, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns. Make data-driven adjustments to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
SEO & SEM Strategy:
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase organic search rankings and traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to ensure visibility and cost-effective reach.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic. Oversee content creation, paid social ads, and community management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Email Marketing:
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, from content creation and segmentation to performance analysis and optimization. Ensure high engagement rates and effective lead nurturing.
Content Marketing:
- Work with content teams to create compelling, SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets. Ensure that content supports the overall marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience on digital platforms. A/B test landing pages, calls to action, and other site elements to increase conversion rates.
Brand Awareness & Engagement:
- Develop campaigns that effectively communicate the brands message to a wider audience and foster brand loyalty.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Work closely with other departments such as sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
