We are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist to drive our AI integration efforts, optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and implement various AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Integration & API Development

• Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, etc.) into NewtonAIs platform.
• Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications and AI-driven workflows.
• Build API layers for AI models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

2. RAG System Implementation & Optimization

• Design, implement, and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for AI-driven content delivery.
• Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for efficient document retrieval.
• Optimize knowledge retrieval pipelines for AI training modules.

3. AI Workflows & Automation

• Develop AI-powered automation workflows for seamless user experiences.
• Implement chatbot integrations for AI-driven corporate training solutions.
• Enhance AI model inference speeds and optimize resource utilization.

4. Model Deployment & Fine-Tuning

• Fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) for domain-specific applications.
• Deploy and monitor AI models using cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Optimize AI pipelines for performance, cost, and reliability.

5. Data Engineering & Preprocessing

• Work with structured & unstructured data to improve AI model accuracy.
• Implement data augmentation, preprocessing, and cleaning techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build AI-ready datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI & Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).
• API Development & Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
• RAG & Vector Databases: Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector search technologies (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.).
• AI Model Deployment: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar cloud platforms.
• Software Development: Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django for AI integration.
• AI Workflow Automation: Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Airflow, Prefect, LangChain, etc.).
• Database Management: Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)
• Experience in AI-powered chatbot development.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for model versioning and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning open-source models like LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.
• Hands-on experience with GPU acceleration & model optimization techniques.
