Job Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning techniques and AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and software engineers to build AI BOTs.
• Research and implement new AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for processing large datasets.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and implement best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Document code and algorithms for internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
• Strong proficiency in Python, and knowledge of machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and machine learning services.
• Familiarity with data processing tools and technologies (Hadoop, Spark, SQL, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in building AI Bots and Virtual Assistants.
• Familiarity with deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong Exposure of NLP, NLU.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
