IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with an experience of 2-3 years to provide technical support to our internal teams. This is a mandatory work from office profile and should be willing to work in the night shifts.

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Setup, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and resolve issues related to MS Office applications, VoIP, networking, and hardware.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and be open to learning new skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Atleast 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge in managing MS Office applications, RDP/VDI, VoIP, networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Sophos security solutions is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners are preferable.
• Mandatory work from office and night shifts.
