MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product audit & reporting
Shift monitoring and manpower planning
Associate training
Active participation in SFMC
Failure data analysis
EWAK , Sample inspection
HSE coordination
LPC Planning
Conduct process confirmation across the plant

KEY COMPETENCIES:
Product and process knowledge of ECU/BCM/ABS
Knowledge on IPC 610 standard
Awareness of ISO 9001 and IATF/16949 QMS standards
Measurement process, instruments and equipment knowledge
Conducting LPC audits and reporting
Good Communication skills
Good listener, Quick learner and good team player
Time management skills and excellent analytical skills
Data analysis, knowledge to lead Digitalization team
SAP and POE expertise
