We re looking for an Immigration expert who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Support for Immigration procedures & legalization of document for outbound expat

Enforce company policy and procedures

Maintain and update, when necessary, all company specific documentation

Promote legal compliance

Enforce all company s programs, policies, and procedures

Accessible to employee for clarification and query handling

Maintenance of regular tracker and Dashboard

Prepare weekly and monthly management reports

Provide administrative support as required Requirements And Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field

4+ years experience in Immigrations. Asian Immigration experience is preferred.

Understanding of mission, purpose, and policies of the company

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality

Excellent professional communication skills
