Job Description
- Sales & Business Development for all Bosch Rexroth Products for allocated Customers of Plastic, Press, Rubber & Transport
- Develop relationship at multiple level at the customers
- Develop effective customer Strategies in coordination with Sales Group Leaders
- Offers technology to address customer needs and value requested in coordination with Application / Technical Team
- Achieve the sales and targeted sales margin of his allocated customers
- Work closely together with Technology Experts, Sales Experts, Sales Managers and other Sales-related functions in a Team.
- Customer Potential Analysis for developing new Customers
- Competition Analysis
- Regularly capture Market trends & plan necessary measures as required
- Create a customer development plan for Sales Target Planning before start of the year
- Assess Potential of each of his allocated Customers with support of Technology Expert when needed
- Credit Management (Sales, Inventory, Sales backlog & Receivables)
- Ensure complete sales related documentation as per Bosch Rexroth internal guidelines

There’s plenty of scope to learn through the company’s learning Center programs. They have an auto approval of leaves and time corrections.
The scope to grow within the organisation is low. Promotions are unheard of even after showing good performance. Many people stay in the same level for many years. Except for the last 2 years, the salary hikes have been below standards.
