Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration & Customization: Configure & Customize based Salesforce development to support business requirements, including data model, lightning flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports. Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules). Must be keen to learn Apex customizations.
User Management: Manage user accounts, roles and profiles; set up permissions and security measures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Data Management: Oversee data imports, updates and cleanup; ensure data accuracy and data cleanup and consistency.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for different user groups to provide insights and support data-driven decisions. Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant Salesforce administration experience. 2-3 years of experience with Sales Cloud.
Salesforce Certifications: Required Salesforce Certified Administrator; Platform App Builder (Preferred)
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, combined with ability to communicate effectively with business and IT team members.
Team Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed. Preferred Skills:
Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange products.
Knowledge of Salesforce Apex development is a plus/ good to have.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in project management tools.
