SAP CS / S4 HANA Service

Education and Work Experience Requirements: $Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English. $Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service$Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices. Mandatory Skills: $Hands-on working knowledge in SAP Customer Service. $Work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution. $Work experience in Implementation Projects. $Knowledge in interfaces (EDI, API etc. . ). $Able to understand business processes, ability to validate the proposed solution & handle the requirements delivery. $Establish & maintain effective relationship with cross functional/technical teams. $Able to actively support business users. $Exposure of S/4 HANA & Fiori Apps. Good to have skills : $Working knowledge of Warranty & Claims. $Work experience in Roll-out Projects. $Ability to review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP Customer Service development, user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
