Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who excels in client handling, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and can build and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to address client inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, emails, and chats professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare reports on customer feedback.
• Assist in customer onboarding and provide necessary guidance on products/services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or client servicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and customer support tools.
• A customer-first approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (office + remote).
