Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and potential buyers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries about properties and services.
  • Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Schedule property showings, meetings, and appointments for real estate agents and clients.
  • Keep track of agent calendars and ensure timely follow-up on scheduled appointments.

  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with daily office operations, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.
  • Support real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize property listings, client files, and office records.


  • Technology Management:
  • Utilize office software and real estate management systems to schedule appointments, update listings, and track client information.
  • Ensure that all communication and documentation are properly recorded and filed.

  • Office Coordination:
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels for the front desk area.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and office-related needs.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences when necessary.
