CRM - Asst Manager

Role & responsibilities

Data Management:

• Accurately maintain customer data within the CRM system, including contact information, property details, and transaction history.
• Regularly update CRM with new leads, customer interactions, and important updates.
• Ensure data quality by conducting regular data cleansing and validation checks.

Lead Nurturing and Follow-up:

• Qualify incoming leads and assign them to appropriate sales representatives.
• Manage lead nurturing campaigns through automated email sequences and personalized outreach.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide post-sale support, including document processing, payment updates, and handover procedures.

Sales Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and timely updates on customer progress.
• Provide necessary customer information and documentation to the sales team to facilitate deal closure.
• Assist with customer presentations and site visits as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular CRM reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and key metrics.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Present insights to management to inform marketing and sales strategies.

CRM System Optimization:

• Stay updated on new CRM features and functionalities.
• Propose and implement improvements to CRM processes to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
