Principal UI Engineer

Min 8+ years of experince , with extensive understanding on GWT, hands on experince on Java, react, html (frontend)

1. UI Development: Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web or mobile applications.
2. Architecture and Frameworks: Define and implement UI architecture, patterns, and frameworks to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to UI developers on best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective UI solutions.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of UI code through code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous integration practices.
6. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in UI code to deliver fast and responsive user experiences.
7. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, UI design principles, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve user experiences.
