BookWater Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Retail Sales Manager to join our team in the FMCG industry, specifically focusing on the beverage segment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, managing institutional sales, and ensuring optimal product placement in the retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance revenue growth in the cold drink segment.
- FMCG Institutional Sales:
- Oversee and expand institutional sales channels, fostering strong relationships with key retail clients.
- One-Time Shelf Sales:
- Lead initiatives for one-time shelf sales, optimizing product visibility and placement.
- Team Leadership:
- Inspire and guide the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met consistently.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, addressing their needs promptly.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape in the FMCG cold drink segment.
- Sales Forecasting:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Promotions and Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Budget Management:
- Effectively manage budgets to maximize ROI in sales initiatives.
- Compliance and Documentation:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
