Job Summary : AI Expert

We are seeking an experienced AI Integration, Algorithms & Chatbot Expert to design, implement, and optimize chatbot solutions that enhance user experience and streamline business operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and deploying AI-driven chatbots, integrating AI capabilities with existing platforms, and continuously improving conversational AI models to achieve high-quality, seamless interactions.

Ideal candidates have expertise in AI technologies, NLP, and API integrations, along with a strong background in implementing chatbots for various applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Chatbot Design and Development :

- Design conversational workflows, including intent recognition, response generation, and natural language processing.

- Build, deploy, and maintain AI chatbots across platforms (e., websites, mobile apps, social media, CRM systems).

- Develop rich, engaging conversational experiences that are highly responsive to user needs.

AI Integration :

- Integrate chatbot and AI models with internal and third-party systems, using APIs and web services.

- Collaborate with IT teams to embed AI solutions seamlessly within existing software infrastructure.

- Ensure the chatbot solution adheres to data security and privacy standards.

Optimization and Performance Monitoring :

- Monitor chatbot performance, gather usage analytics, and apply insights to improve response accuracy and user engagement.

- Train and fine-tune NLP models based on feedback and evolving requirements.

- Conduct A/B testing, analyze chatbot interactions, and implement improvements to increase chatbot efficacy and user satisfaction.

AI Model Training and Maintenance :

- Work with data science teams to collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train AI models.

- Ensure the accuracy, scalability, and maintenance of deployed models.

Performance Tracking and Reporting :

- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models to ensure they meet KPIs and business objectives.

- Provide regular reports to management on the impact of AI and automation initiatives.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- 2-5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, and chatbot development.

- Proven track record of deploying chatbots in production environments.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Looker Studio for data visualization and reporting.

- Familiarity in creating FMS, PMS, and IMS.

- Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for data manipulation and automation.

- Proficiency in NLP tools and frameworks (e, Rasa, Dialogflow, GPT models, Hugging Face Transformers).

- Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.

- Familiarity with API integration and platforms like RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools.
