Role & responsibilities

• Instagram Content Strategy & Creation:
  
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram that aligns with business objectives, promotions, and audience interests.
• Create original and engaging content for Instagram posts, stories, and reels, ensuring consistency with the brands tone and values.
• Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer to create visually appealing and creative posts that resonate with pet owners.
• Write compelling captions, select hashtags, and engage with the latest trends to boost visibility and audience interaction.

You should have a strong sense of creative design thinking, enabling you to work closely with our in-house designer. Your role will involve contributing innovative design ideas and collaborating to create visually appealing posts, stories, and graphics for Instagram, ensuring our content stands out with fresh and engaging designs.

Instagram Page Management & Engagement:

• Oversee the daily management of our Instagram page, ensuring that posts are timely and content stays fresh and relevant.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Engage with our followers through polls, quizzes, interactive stories,giveaways and live sessions to encourage conversation and build a loyal community.
• Identify and foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and loyal followers to enhance the brands reach and customer retention.

Telephonic Sales & Support:

• Manage all telephonic sales activities, including answering customer calls, providing product information, and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions.
• Convert inbound calls into sales opportunities by providing excellent customer service and answering queries effectively.
• Handle additional telephonic activities as assigned by the owner, such as following up with leads, providing support, and assisting with administrative tasks.
