Scrum Master

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a servant-leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure timely delivery of sprints and monitor progress toward achieving goals.
• Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best Agile practices.
• Provide guidance to the team on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum framework.
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with developers to understand Laravel-specific project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Encourage and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with 3 years of experience in facilitating Agile practices and ensuring successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate must also possess hands-on experience with Laravel, enabling them to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand technical requirements.
