Responsibilities:

• Activation Goals: Achieve monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts.

This role is responsible for overseeing the trading operations, managing a team of dealers, and ensuring that client orders are executed efficiently and compliantly. The Dealing Head plays a critical role in maintaining the firms reputation for accurate, timely trade execution and regulatory adherence.
