Qualification : Graduation/MBA-Marketing/Sales Desired Experience : 5-10 years in Private Security Industry is must.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 to10 Years IN PVT SECURITY INDUSTRY AT MANAGERIAL LEVEL in marketing field.

Skills & Knowledge :- Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills with good track record with clients.

Salary :- As per market standards.

Job Profile:-

• Should work monthly target basis
• Experienced in creating promotional messages and themes for new business development to drive business & coordinate marketing strategies across multiple organizations
• Evaluating the performance of campaigns and troubleshooting those that under perform
• Working with the customer service department to address problems
• Brainstorming ways to promote new products or initiatives. Listening to customer feedback from customer service reps and social media platforms
• Must have good communication skill and presentable.
• Should good knowledge about Pvt security industry .
• Must be able to bring new business and ability to retain the existing business. SHOULD BE ABLE TO MEET MONTHLY TARGETS .
• Able to negotiate with new clients to convert them for business.
