Senior Manager / DGM Marketing About the Role As the leader, you will be responsible for
Building the corporate brand to the world and internally within the organization
Brand DNA and spirit infusion within internal customers
Online & offline brand creation and continuos improvement of market perception
Participating in key company decisions beyond core set of responsibilities
Short and long term goto market plan, approvals and execution
Budgets, plans, promotion schemes, events, participation and associations
International strategy, focus groups and go to market planning
Leverage data and market analytics towards effective and substantiative growth strategy
Lead generation and follow-up plan with sources, approach, follow-up and closure methodology
Define, lead and innovate on marketing and related initiatives
Set up, overseeing and guiding marketing and business development teams towards organizational goals
Team training, skill enhancement & performance management
Client prospecting process, meetings and proposals execution
To be successful in the role, you will need
Understanding on market dynamics through experience and continuous research
Direct working ability with line managers and CXOs to build and execute an impregnable strategy for a top tier firm
Have strong project management skills with multi domain exposure
Solutions ability and problem solving skills
Exceptional communications presentation, public speaking and media management abilities
Working ability with cross functional teams aimed at maximizing results
Previous experience in similar domain or a cross functional and multi business vertical experience.
Excellent knowhow of tools, platforms and technology to support corporate initiatives.
Multi-task and oversee existing client engagement, areas of concern and delight
