Manager Projects

Responsible for overseeing the project execution, ensuring alignment with architectural requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

• Ensuring proper alignment with the architect for drawings, reports, project deliveries, and design changes.
• Collaborating with sub-vendors to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.

Project Execution

• Successfully managing project handovers within the given timelines.

BOQ Preparation and Cost Management

• Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), collecting BOQs, and conducting comparative analysis.
• Monitoring cost management and tracking project progress as per the schedule.

Compliance and Documentation

• Coordinating with design-build architects to meet compliance requirements and documentation standards.

Record Maintenance

• Maintaining comprehensive records from project initiation (kick-off meeting) to successful handover.
• Documenting daily and weekly progress reports and sharing observations with architects for rectifications.
• Keeping track of incoming materials through Material Inspection Reports (MIRs)
