Assistant Manager - Sales Training - Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi

Overall Purpose of the Role

Strategic stakeholder in conceptualising, Content designing, implementation & assessment of training programs for various stakeholders including Train the Trainer as well as Staff of Clients.

Areas of Responsibility

• Content design for product, process & soft skill training programs
• Video creating & editing for training programs
• Client management & knowledge of different training methods
• Assessment and follow up action of Training programs for Client Staff
• Training Effectiveness assessment and action thereof
• Monthly Rostering of Training Programs along with Client partners
• Training Programs with New Clients
• Quarterly Training & Assessment for Internal Sales Success team
• New Staff Induction training programs
• Timely submitting training reports & training calendar

Skills Required

• Public Speaking Skills
• Highly analytical and Presentation Skills
• Understand barrier in selling.
• Understand psychology of customer
• Experience of working with push strategy
• Must be comfortable speaking Tamil, Telugu & Kannada, Hindi & English Malayalam is an added advantage
• Strong influencing abilities
• Strength of character to raise and communicate issues or recommendations
• An appetite for growth and personal development.
• Knowledge in insurance is an added advantage
• Desire and ability to think like the customer
• Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
