We are seeking an ambitious & energetic Business Development Associate to expand our clientele through customer discovery and exploring new & untapped business opportunities. The role involves managing investor relationships, analyzing investment opportunities, and facilitating communication between investors and startups. Our ideal candidate is someone who is an initiative taker, a quick learner and highly skilled. This candidates primary task is to make everyday activities easier for the founders.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies, processes, and best practices
Generate new leads, identify & contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in-line with strategies, and lead & facilitate pitch logistics
Maintain consistent contact with existing investors
Analyze market & establish competitive advantages
rack metrics to ensure targets are hit
Take initiative in organizing networking events for founders and investors
Increase investor-base on Bolstart through outbound marketing, networking, and sales
Connect with existing and discover new partners that will lead to an increased investors for Bolstart
Qualifications & Requirements
At least 2+ yr experience in Investor Relations and Business Development
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with investors and startups
Experience in Investments and understanding of financial markets
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Proficiency with MS Office tools and ability to deliver presentations
Highly skilled with Social Networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
