Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technology and a passion for driving results. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored IT solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by targeting potential clients across industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and delivering personalized solutions.
- Solution Selling: Present and promote our IT products and services, including [specific offerings, e., cloud solutions, cybersecurity, managed IT services, software licensing], based on customer requirements.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and set targets aligned with business objectives.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and our product offerings to provide accurate and competitive information to clients.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales metrics, analyzing data to assess performance and improve sales tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience with OEM, CRM software and MS Office Suite.
