Field Service Engineer

Position Summary

• To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Attend onsite installation, start-up, repair, maintenance & test tasks independently.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems & determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports, time sheets and travel claims.
• Handling Special projects as assigned.
• Ensure customers satisfaction, Build positive relationship with customers.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Cooperate with technical team & share information across the organization.
• Spare parts identification.
• Follow company's filed procedures & protocols.
• Must be Willing to learn Mechanical also.

• Willing to travel at short notice and comfortable with extended periods of stay at site.

Education and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Graduate Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Good knowledge in Industrial Automation Products like Drives, PLC, SCADA from major suppliers like Siemens & Rexroth.
• Experience of 5-7 years in handling technical service profile
