Job Description
- This position includes responsibility for all tasks associated with the accurate and timely processing of invoices/transactions as per the individual client instructions.
- The role requires effective decision making, attention to the minutest detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- This position includes strong analytical skills to analyze every invoice/transactions through all possible processing criteria s.
- This position requires the incumbent to be flexible to work in 24/7 environment and may have to stretch beyond normal working hours to meet deadlines/ complete urgent work etc.
- The role incorporates accurate processing of the invoices/transactions to make sure that no over paying or under paying takes place.
- The role requires prioritization of work according to client expectations .
- Bachelors degree required
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
- Proficiency to read & understand the complex alpha numeric data, look-up for the acceptable customer using the appropriate search criteria s and post the check amounts to the correct customer account numbers.
