Associate, Fund/Client Accounting Representative I

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund/Client Accounting Representative I to join our Investment Management team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

The Fund Operations team s primary function is to perform oversight functions of the 3 rd party asset servicing administrators that it engages with. The team looks after the fund accounting and transfer agency oversight for approximately 140 Funds across multiple jurisdictions.

• The Fund accountant will assist with many of the oversight functions. Will calculate or check administrator and management fees;
• Review stale prices, management information, yield reviews, hedging, historic price management, swing rates, invoice management, review of financial statements, work on fund launches and closures etc.
• Being able to not only identify issues but propose solutions and create efficiency.
• The tasks are daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, so being able to self-manage and multi-task are important attributes.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• MBA/B.Com graduate from an esteemed institution
• 0.6-2 years of relevant experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated and organized
• Familiar with Outlook, Excel and Word and a requirement
• An understanding of asset management and specifically the Funds world would be a strong advantage
