Job Description
- Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work.
- Monitors real time transactional data from Accounting applications through the Information Delivery architecture for exceptions.
- Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents.
- Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
- To be successful, we re seeking interest in the follow areas:
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 3 to 15 experience in applications support or production environment
- Experience in Tech SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.
- Exposure on SOA / API based S/W development
- Preferred knowledge on Oracle systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
