Job Description
- Take an active role in peer code reviews, balancing technical debt with delivery goals to help maintain code quality
- Identify opportunities for new processes / frameworks / architectures
- Support the wider team by jointly designing new application features and smaller enhancements
- Communicate your ideas to the wider team, aiding understanding and clarity
- Have the chance to liaise with technical stakeholders, help to both take requirements and present summaries
- Expertise in C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience of development in React.Js / Typescript / JEST
- Experience with Azure PaaS services
- Experience working in Agile teams performing iterative development using the SCRUM framework
- Fundamentals and approaches: OOP, SOLID principles, TDD/BDD/ATDD
- DVCS with Git using Github Enterprise
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Octopus, Github Workflows)
- Ability to collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and team members
- Pair/Mob programming and performing peer code reviews
- Demonstrate initiative and independence to solve problems
- Stand by software engineering principles around quality and doing things the right way
- Have a constant desire to improve knowledge and drive adoption of new tech or approaches within the team
- Be able to communicate abstract or complex ideas or solutions effectively

Management isnt good, appraisal is terrible, promotions are very less compared to number of new openings, managers doesnt let you apply for IJPs, have to provide explanation on each of your leaves with proofs.
