We re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer I to join our GPTSO - Trade Servicing team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Monitors Trade transaction and acts as business validators by addressing flags raised by transaction system.
• Process and Verify Trade processing like LC Issuance, LC Payments, Reimbursements, Advising/Confirmation, Discounting, Reimbursement Financing.
• Acts as subject matter experts of business with respect to Training and Technology collision.
• Responds to client inquiries, escalating non-standard issues to a Team Lead. May communicate with an onsite partners/RM to research inquiries.
• Support and assist on the training and technology issues of the team
• Managing the daily business requirement and ensuring the trade transactions are accurately performed. Performing the quality check and internal control management.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of degree is preferred.
• 4 to 5 Years of work experience of Trade Finance is preferred
• Trade Certification like CDCS,CSDG, CITF preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
