About Business line/Function : The ISPL Financial Shared Services (FSS) Platform performs production and reporting activities delivered to onshore teams focused on fronting activities, and provides offshore support to nearshore teams, thus fostering standardization and Finance transformation. It is split into three components with the following missions: i.e. APAC Regional FSS, Global FSS and World Wide FSS

Position Purpose: VP, COO Transformation Office will be responsible to: Drive and lead major and complex transformation projects ensuring their contribution to the Finance function's ambitions and strategy. Drive re-engineering and process improvement initiatives for the ISPL finance teams yielding benefits around efficiency, risk mitigation, digital and technology based solutions Monitor transformation project portfolio and ensure relationship with global interlocutors, stakeholders and partners. Support the Finance management team and efficiently manage finance resources with a sustainable growth mindset also ensuring efficient monitoring of costs and resources Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities:
- Individual should have strong understanding of project life cycle and must have experience in driving large transformation programs across teams/regions leveraging Project management framework i.e. Waterfall, Agile Must be certified in improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma with expertise in driving re-engineering workshops and projects across finance
- Conduct governance reviews with ISPL and global stakeholders ensuring project status and issues are reported at required levels
- Support to design Target operating Model, Create RACI and conduct risk assessments for migration of respective processes / services from various locations across globe to Finance shared services
- Must have hands on experience in using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI and other digital tools like Alteryx, Sharepoint etc.
- Update and document all changes as per Organization procedure and change control framework.
- Conduct periodic reviews of relevant changes with change management board for approval
- Must be strong in analyzing problem statements and capable of arriving to a solution
Primary Skills:
- PMP / PGMP Certified Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt trained/certified)
- Knowledge on finance products
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Manage and support platform growth in the area of transitions working with ISPL and global stakeholders (CFO, CEO, COO) as well as functions i.e. Legal, Tax, Compliance, DPO, Risk etc.
- Support FSS teams on IG missions, audits and reviews
- Collaborate with ISPL stakeholders on various reporting requirements
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- Must be efficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint Knowledge on BI tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau is an added advantage) Stakeholder & Communication management
Specific Qualifications:
- MBA in finance is a plus PMP / PRINCE II certification and Lean/ Six Sigma certification
