Job Description
- Assist Legal Compliance Officer and Company Secretary in Secretarial activities to be undertaken under Companies Act
- Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries, liaise with Practising Company Secretary, Statutory Auditor etc. for regulatory filing and other legal requirements
- Support in implementing processes or compliance management or contract management systems/tools to ensure good management of the organization
- Preparation and filing of Annual Filing Documents, XBRL filing and e-Forms
- Ensure compliance with secretarial standards in terms of board meeting, general meeting, dividend payment, board report etc.
- Assist in legal review of agreements, engagement letters, Non-disclosure Agreements etc.
- Support internal departments for various legal requirements such as KYC documentation, preparation and provide secretarial documentation such as resolution copies, MOA/AOA, list of directors and shareholders, authority letters etc.
- Maintaining the repository of all secretarial records, legal agreements, keep close track of agreement status
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Qualified Company Secretary Graduate in Commerce or Law
