Job Description
- To lead of 20+ member team from Middleware, Base layer and BSP domain.
- Extensive professional experience in software development with object-oriented languages - preferred in modern C++ and Python and Bazel.
- Extensive professional knowledge of POSIX operating systems (Linux, QNX) and their use in Embedded Systems.
- Experience preferred in real-time systems
- You will contribute to the requirements and architecture of your product
- You will contribute to the overall software product lifecycle
- Experienced with Linux system fundamental and system functional programming
Project Management Exp -
- You will build up a completely new team at BMW TechWorks India.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with community members and contributors.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Implement and promote best practices for open-source development and project management.
