• Overall responsible for IT product delivery and people management.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, anticipates challenges and act accordingly.
• Responsible for managing staffing feature teams.
• Maintaining high performance levels of processes and people.
• Responsible for performance assessment and improvement of feature team members.
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Disseminate and develop the organization s culture and values within the feature teams.
• Manage feature team s portfolio set up targets for individual feature team development.
• Facilitate learning objectives required as per the product delivery needs.

What should you bring along

• 10-12 years of experience in the Technology Industry with at least 8 years in IT product / project deliveries and people management roles.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in building feature teams for delivering IT product services.
• Strong communication, negotiating, interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in IT / Business Stakeholder management.
• Customer centric and people centric approach to delivery excellence.
• Knowledge of Platform Strategies, concepts, and methodologies.
• Knowledge, and experience in Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Knowledge in Cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure.

Must have technical skill

Product / Project Management, Agile Skills Collobration skills.
