Colruyt Group is looking for an IT-Security leader to takeup the responsibilities of a Team Manager. He/ She should have provenexperience in application development and maintenance of security specific ITSolutions, well versed with the domains of information security, cyber securityand aware of IT-security specific practices and processes.
What are the roles/responsibilities of a Team Manager?
Delivery Management:
- Responsiblefor IT delivery & quality of realization phase for the agreed scope forcluster of projects / program(s)
- Responsiblefor dependency management across projects for realization
- Responsiblefor identifying and leveraging cross project synergies in tooling and solutions
- Responsiblefor status reporting to Senior Management and other key stakeholders.
- Workclosely with program core team to ensure translation of program strategy to IT
realization
- Responsiblefor estimates, planning and tracking of realization phase in alignment with
overall project plans across all tracks (Development,Integration, Testing)
- Responsiblefor securing the project resources by coordinating with resource pool
managers/vendors
- Responsiblefor engagement and dis-engagement of project resources
- Defining,setting up process and business improvements initiatives and reporting on thesame
Leadership
- Appliessignificant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve servicesof the team
- Createsand executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changingneeds and requirements.
- As a partof Middle Management, responsible for making team level decisions, and
implement the same in efficient and effective way.
- Organizethe team, making it efficient and effective, and ensure there is constant
improvement in internal and external in a globalcollaboration processes.
- Considersorganizational values, employees expertise and past contributions, and
opportunities for development when delegating assignments
- Leademployees to meet the organizations expectations for productivity, quality,and goal accomplishment.
- Responsiblefor cost/budget management
- Be acatalyst in implementing our Colruyt values in the organization.

People Development
- Peoplemanagement for a team of 15 - 30 members from juniors to seniors.
- Responsiblefor indicating a direction in the short run so that it is clear for everybody
which way we are heading and to make sure we are all on thesame wavelength.
- Responsiblefor mobilising and channelling the energy of employees and colleagues to makesure everybody is committed to reach the objectives set.
- Responsiblefor coaching and following the personnel so that each individual and the teamhave the space to grow (SKILL).

- Responsiblefor short-term planning and organisation so that people as well as means arebrought into action in the most efficient way.
