This Service Center delivers projectsand programs using emerging technologies and tools in Java, Mainframe etc tosupport Colruyt Group business in a global working model. They also do supportand maintenance of the custom applications / packages.
Roles & Responsibilities of (Associate)Delivery Head:
Delivery Management
Responsible for the service delivery on theservices team is delivering
Responsible for delivery of Projects / Programsunder his / her portfolio
Responsible for the Production support andmaintenance activities
Responsible for Stakeholder Management andachieve high customer satisfaction
Support the Project Managers and DeliveryManagers in the project / program delivery
Ensuring that everyone in the team knows andexecutes his or her role in the service delivery
Responsible for cost / budget management
Reporting on project status to stakeholders
Introduce best practices within the team tomaximize the team\u2019s productivity

People management for a team of 10 - 20 membersfrom juniors to senior level.
Responsible for indicating a direction in theshort run so that it is clear for everybody which way we are heading and tomake sure we are all on the same wavelength.
Responsible for mobilizing and channeling theenergy of employees and colleagues to make sure everybody is committed to reachthe objectives set.
Responsible for coaching and following thepersonnel so that each individual and the team have the space to grow (SKILL).
Responsible for team member\u2019s personaldevelopment to become stronger and more conscious.
Responsible for short-term planning andorganization, so that people as well as means are brought into action in themost efficient way.
Responsible for his/her own presence andavailability so that employees have a personal contact for their needs and fortaking on the role as a superior.
Responsible for promoting the (group) missionand values so that the team can understand the reasons, co-ownership is broughtabout and the team members understand and follow group culture
Responsible for following and adjusting thework so that we, as a service, comply with the SLEs agreed on with the customerin the total process.
Responsible for all staffing decisions in theteam (Recruitment, Induction, Performance Appraisal, Release etc.)

Requirements:
Total experience of 18+ years in ApplicationDevelopment and Maintenance activities
Have at least 5 years of project / programdelivery experience in Waterfall / Agile methodologies
Have at least 3 years of experience in corepeople management
Experience in handling technical teams of 15+people
Experience in managing cross functional teamsincluding analysts, architects, software engineers, QA et
Experience in managing vendors and theirdeliverables
Experience in managing teams in global workingmodel in onsite \u2013 offshore model
Strong in stakeholder management and buildingtrust relationships with the clients
