Technical Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in team management and project coordination to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development and proven leadership skills in managing development teams and coordinating projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of developers. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and support professional growth.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Oversee code quality through peer reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.
• Technical Strategy: Contribute to the technical strategy and architectural decisions for new and existing projects. Drive innovation and adoption of the latest tools and technologies.
• Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients/stakeholders during project development phases, providing technical insights, timelines, and progress updates.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Lead efforts in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in both development and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full Stack Development: Expertise in front-end technologies like JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET).
• Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Team Leadership: Minimum of 2+ years in team leadership roles, with proven experience in managing and mentoring teams of 4+ developers.
• Project Management: Experience in project coordination, handling project timelines, resource allocation, and progress tracking (using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Version Control: Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
