We are seeking a Technical Team Lead - Drupal to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead a talented group of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of Drupal-based applications, microservices, and APIs. You will mentor and guide your team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, mentoring and supporting engineers in their professional growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of Drupal-based applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Ensure code produced is secure, maintainable, and adheres to high standards by actively participating in code reviews.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and performance optimization solutions to ensure system health and performance.
• Facilitate technical discussions and promote innovation to drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Document technical processes, architectures, and workflows to promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Encourage the adoption of best practices and new technologies to enhance team productivity and solution quality.

Key Relationships:

You will work closely with the Agile Delivery Lead, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Engineers, and stakeholders from internal business teams to ensure successful project delivery and team collaboration.

Essential Qualifications Experience:

• Significant experience in building and maintaining software applications.
• Expertise in Drupal development.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Proven expertise in software testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with modern development practices like CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with AWS CloudFront, Lambda, and API Gateways.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Splunk and New Relic.
• Background in managing large-scale websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
