Engineer / Senior Engineer (Bar mill)

Role & responsibilities

To attend to breakdowns in the shift and take corrective actions on the same.

To inspect Mechanical equipment's for any deviation from the basic conditions.

To report the jobs done during the shift in shift log book.

To understand from the shift log book the conditions of the various machines in the previous Shifts and take actions where ever possible.

To prepare Shift job plan.

Delegation of jobs to subordinates.

Inspection and review of completed jobs.

To be responsible for Safety and housekeeping during all Mechanical maintenance jobs.

Preferred candidate profile

Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical
