Role & responsibilities

• Planning day to day activity.
• To ensure proper execution of preventive maintenance work.
• To ensure proper action taken for break down work.
• To ensure proper analysis of breakdown and delay correction if required and documentation.
• To ensure availability of spares.
• To execute modification / improvement work.
• Shutdown jobs list preparation.
• Preparation and follow up of indent with purchase dept.
• To ensure QMS, IATF-16949, EMS and OHSMS documentation.
• To ensure QMS, IATF-16946, EMS and OHSMS compliance of respective area.
• Ensure Safety compliance in work area and machinery and conducting periodical safety inspection.
• To follow safety norms in all aspects and involvement during emergency situation in plant and act as per EPRP.
• To ensure effective waste disposal practices.
• To ensure availability of tools and tackles. To ensure calibration of instrument as per schedule.
• To update IMS related documentation
• Training to subordinates.
• To ensure and do energy conservation in all respects.
• To ensure proper housekeeping.
• To ensure safety rules and regulation needs to be follow.
• To ensure proper housekeeping.
• To ensure energy conservation
• To Ensure and follow the Covid -19 Guidelines of the Govt of India
