Assistant Manager Admissions/Enrollments

The Assistant Manager Admissions/Sales will play a pivotal role in driving student enrollments for the university. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, and ensuring a seamless admissions process. They will work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with university policies.

Job Location: Saket, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions and Counseling:

• Counsel prospective students and their parents regarding university programs, eligibility, and career prospects.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify the right program for each student.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads to maximize conversion rates.

2. Sales and Lead Generation:

• Drive enrollment numbers by effectively managing leads and converting them into admissions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
• Maintain a database of leads and track progress in the CRM system.

3. Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and other external partners to promote the university.
• Represent the university at education fairs, school visits, and other promotional events.

4. Operational Excellence:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of admissions events, open houses, and webinars.
• Ensure adherence to university policies and guidelines during the admissions process.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on enrollment metrics and progress.

5. Market Research and Insights:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.
• Provide insights and suggestions to improve admissions strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors/Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• 58 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment/sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
