Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Laravel Developer Intern to join our development team. This internship will offer you the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and gain hands-on experience in full-stack web development using the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of web development, a strong interest in learning new technologies, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications using the Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and translate them into clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Participate in the integration of front-end components with server-side logic.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing web applications to improve performance and fix bugs.
- Write and maintain technical documentation related to project work.
- Learn and apply best practices for coding , security , and database optimization .
- Work with MySQL or other relational databases to design, develop, and optimize queries.
- Assist in writing unit and integration tests to ensure the stability of applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, Laravel updates, and best practices in web development.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming .
- Familiarity with the Laravel framework or a willingness to learn it quickly.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and AJAX .
- Experience or coursework with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git .
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues.
- A keen interest in learning new tools, libraries, and frameworks.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue.js , React , or Angular .
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Understanding of Composer , Artisan , and other Laravel-specific tools.
- Familiarity with Blade templating engine and MVC architecture .
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.
- Relevant coursework or experience in PHP , web development , or software engineering .
- The internship is typically for 3-6 months with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion.
