Job Description
Blumetra Solutions is a US based Software Product Engineering firm headquartered in US, San Francisco and has a development center in Hyderabad, Indore, India.

Position: ETL Lead Developer
Work Location: Hyderabad

Prerequisites:
- Relevant Experience: 8- 15 years of hands-on experience
- A self-motivated, go-getter, and out-of-the-box thinker
- Must possess a high degree of ownership, integrity, and learnability
- Must be able to work as an individual contributor as well as a great team player
- Must have strong fundamentals in data orchestration & data transformations
- Must have flair to design and develop data intensive and data driven solutions
Required Hands-On Skills:
- Leverage tools & technologies like IBM Datastage, Informatica Powercenter/IICS or Matillion or FiveTran or any other ETL tools. (Informatica PC will be preferred or candidate should be open to learning it)
- Designing & developing data loads & transformations, master workflows, exception handling
- Integrate Data Quality (IDQ) rules & data reconciliation as part of orchestration
- Craft SQL queries using joins, aggregates, merge/upsert etc
- Perform change data capture (CDC)
- If a candidate is lacking in knowledge of ETL tool but has excellent knowledge of SQL stored procedures and can perform complex ETL tasks using SQL Queries, willing to learn ETL technologies, will be considered
Candidates preferred with experience in one or more from below:
- Have orchestrated data from Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle Netsuite, Marketo, Workato etc
- Have worked with JSON, Parquet, ORC or XML file formats
- Have worked on cloud EDW like Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, DeltaLake etc
- Have leveraged Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Data Catalog, Data Governance
- Understand cloud (AWS/Azure), storage & compute - leveraging them effectively
Would be awesome if the candidate has:
- Knowledge of developing & deploying multi-tenant SAAS applications.
- Ability to develop JAVA & Python scripts and integrate as part of orchestration
- Ability to reverse engineer existing implementation & created a better dimensional model.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
