Sales Development Representative

As an SDR at Maionic, you would be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Account Management team. You would play an important role in initiating conversations and building business relationships with prospects from International and domestic markets.

Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify and target high-value B2B prospects within our designated market segments.
• Leverage various outreach methods, including cold calling, email marketing, and social selling, to connect with potential customers.
• Effectively qualify leads by uncovering their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
• Craft compelling sales conversations that highlight the value proposition of our B2B tech solutions.
• Set high-quality appointments with qualified leads for our Account Executives.
• Maintain and update a robust lead management system (CRM) with accurate and timely data.
• Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
• Continuously learn about our solutions, market trends, and competitor landscape.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects at all levels.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• A passion for technology solutions and a desire to learn about our industry.
