Blueprint Technologies - Kronos Solutions Consultant - Solution Design (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Project Delivery :

- Lead and participate in all phases of Kronos implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Conduct workshops and presentations to gather business requirements and present proposed solutions.

- Perform system configuration and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Business Process Analysis & Design :

- Analyze existing business processes related to workforce management (e.g., time and attendance , scheduling, labor forecasting, payroll).

- Design and document optimized workflows and processes within the Kronos system.

- Assist clients in identifying and resolving process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Client Management :

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients after project implementation.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce Management solutions, including core modules such as Time &

Attendance, Scheduling, Labor Analytics, and Workforce Central.

- Experience with Kronos integrations with other systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ERP).

- Knowledge of industry best practices in workforce management.

Solution Design & Presentation :

- Develop and present compelling solution proposals and demonstrations to clients.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Kronos Workforce Management solutions.

- Strong understanding of Kronos core modules and functionalities.

- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable :

- Experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions.

- Knowledge of industry-specific workforce management challenges (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, retail).

- Kronos certifications.

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
