They will have a keen eye for identifying relevant trends to enhance marketing effectiveness and a strong aptitude for data analysis to improve performance continually.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Social Media Manager who excels in creating and executing paid and organic social media campaigns. This role will lead our social media strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and ROI across platforms, primarily on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will deeply understand paid advertising, compliance requirements, and the latest trends and strategies in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement a robust social media strategy across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
    • Align campaigns with business objectives, focusing on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
    • Research audience insights, current trends, and competitor activities to optimize content and targeting.
  • Organic Campaigns:
    • Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to specific audiences.
    • Manage and grow organic social media presence, increasing followers, engagement, and community interactions.
    • Monitor and analyze organic post-performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Paid Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute effective paid social media campaigns, focusing on LinkedIn and managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others as needed.
    • Set up, optimize, and monitor ad campaigns to ensure peak performance and compliance with platform policies.
    • Test and refine audience targeting, ad copy, and creatives to achieve campaign objectives (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
  • Ad Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of social media advertising policies to avoid penalties.
    • Ensure all ad content is compliant with platform regulations and advertising standards.
    • Conduct routine audits of ad compliance, making necessary adjustments promptly.
  • Performance Tracking and Analytics:
    • Utilize analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor campaign success.
    • Provide detailed reports with insights on organic and paid campaign performance, conversions, and ROI.
    • Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Community Management and Engagement:
    • Actively engage with audiences across social channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
    • Build strong relationships with followers, encouraging brand loyalty and fostering a community.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality social media content.
    • Collaborate with the SEO and Content Marketing teams to align social media strategies with overarching digital marketing goals.
    • Keep abreast of new tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in social media marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in social media management, focusing strongly on LinkedIn and other major platforms.
  • Must have experience in both B2B, e-Commerce and other industries
  • Extensive experience in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising compliance policies and experience mitigating risks to avoid penalties.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with paid campaign budget management and financial planning.
  • Certification in social media marketing (e.g., LinkedIn Marketing Labs, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and integration with social media strategies.
