Job Description
- Coordinate with internal departments like Materials, Production,QA, R & D etc.
- Preparation of Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly plan detailing all task to meet predicted completion date.
- Regular coordination for bought out and in-house material
- Follow-up with dispatch department for on-time execution of orders
- Liaise with customers from abroad and SPOC from external agency
- Container/ export planning
- Prepare and coordinate for Container stuffing plan
- Coordination with dispatch team for setting priority of dispatch
- Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and Work on reduction of first aid accidents
- Ensures environment protection and maintaining safety by Monitoring of Manufacturing & Related activities including Production, Planning and scheduling, controls and other related functions.
