Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly.
• Tally API integration.
• All stores cashbook entry

2. Billing & Invoicing:

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
• Verify and process vendor bills and payments.

3. Tax & Compliance:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

4. Inventory Management Support:

• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock valuations.
• Record inventory-related expenses and adjustments.

5. Reporting:

• Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
• Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• A candidate pursuing CA or CMA will be preferred.
