- This is a leadership role with focus on Revenue, Account Management, Team Management & Delivery for our India based clients Seeking a dynamic Leader with exceptional relationship-building skills who excels at nurturing and anchoring strong, long-lasting connections with clients, teams and other stakeholders.

- This role requires a person who is not only a dependable revenue generator comfortable with Account Management but also capable of effectively building and leading a recruitment team to achieve results.

- Managers who are only into operations and delivery will not fit this role.

- This is a Bangalore based work from office role.

Skills/Experience Required:.

- Must be go getter with track record of meeting and beating revenue goals.

- Proven Experience in building strong relationship with customers and expand customer connects in existing business.

- Proven ability to manage a dual role, balancing 50% Account Management responsibilities with 50% leadership of a recruitment team.

- Strong experience in managing and optimizing teams focused on Full-Time/Permanent job placements.

- Hands on person who can execute entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate connect to evaluating candidates.

- Must have 8 -15 years of experience in India IT Hiring agency environment (Mandatory) with 7-8 years as Sr Manager meeting revenue goals Experience working with IT services /System integrators is a must.

- Extensive experience supporting Full-Time/Permanent job openings, Experience in hiring senior talent preferred.

- Must have strong technical knowledge and understanding of roles in Technology and IT services Industry.

- Deep of hiring trends/Tools and Job boards /Sourcing is a must.

- Individuals who have hired and trained teams will be preferred.

-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with executives, employees, vendors, and customers at all levels of the organization.
